01 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the tk 44 platform ("Platform", "Service", or "we") and its users ("you", "member", or "player"). Using any service provided through tk 44's website, mobile app, or other digital channels means you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in both Bengali and English. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — tk 44's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — any individual registered on the Platform with an active account.
• "Wallet" — the virtual funds account linked to each member's account.
• "Bonus" — additional rewards granted by tk 44 that may be used subject to meeting specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the specified multiplier indicating the total bet amount required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These Terms apply to all registered members residing in Bangladesh who meet the applicable age requirement.

02 Account Registration

Creating a personal account is mandatory to use tk 44's services. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or terminated at any time, and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used when creating an account must belong to the member personally.
• Operating an account under a third party's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping account login details (username and password) confidential is the member's own responsibility.
• If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration, tk 44 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Upon receiving a verification request, the member must provide the required documents within the specified time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All services on tk 44 are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Members must confirm this age requirement at the time of registration. If any member is found to be under age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

For identity verification, tk 44 may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued documents. This information will be used solely for verification and security purposes and will not be shared with third parties — see our Privacy Policy for details.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on tk 44: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. A specific minimum amount applies for each method.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
• Deposits must be made only from the member's own payment account; deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• The correct reference or transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit. tk 44 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• tk 44 reserves the right to hold suspicious or unusual deposit requests until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the member's own registered payment account.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold if account verification is incomplete or wagering requirements have not been met.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

4.3 Unlawful Transactions

Using tk 44's payment system for any unlawful purpose or as part of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

tk 44 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions, and failure to meet those conditions will render the bonus void.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly tk 44 Reload: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳300. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• tk 44 Slot Festival Bonus: 75% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳300. Available once per week to active members who play slot games.
• tk 44 Weekend Fun Deposit: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳300. Active account holders can claim once per weekend on Friday and Saturday.
• tk 44 Birthday Reward: up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x. Automatically credited to eligible members' accounts once a year on their registered birthday.
• Refer a Friend, Get tk 44 Rewards: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x. Can be claimed once for each successfully registered and active friend referred.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Whether multiple bonuses can be used at the same time will be stated in the individual conditions of each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
• Winnings received alongside a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• tk 44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Members will be notified of changes as far in advance as reasonably possible.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

tk 44 offers casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, and other entertainment services. Each game category has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game interface.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, tk 44 may void that round or restart it.
• If a software error or inconsistency is detected, the relevant transaction will be voided and any winnings arising from that error will not be accepted.
• If a game ends mid-session due to loss of internet connection or device shutdown, the last record saved on the server will be considered final.

6.2 Cheating and Misconduct Prohibited

If any member attempts to gain an advantage in a game using bots, automated software, collusion, or any other unfair means, this will be treated as fraud against tk 44. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. tk 44 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for specific members.

07 Responsible Gambling

tk 44 believes that gambling should be a source of enjoyment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage members to play in a safe and responsible manner. 7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits on their own account. There is also an option to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account for a set period. To use these options, please contact our 24/7 support team.

7.2 Protection of Minors

If there is any suspicion that a minor has accessed an account, the guardian is requested to notify our support team immediately. tk 44 is committed to preventing minors from participating in gambling, and any report of this nature will be treated as a priority.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

tk 44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Evidence of the same individual operating multiple accounts.
• Attempts to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Use of unauthorised software or automation tools.
• Involvement in fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
• Threatening or harassing behaviour towards other members.
• Failure to respond to a security verification request.

8.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member may close their account voluntarily. This must be requested in writing to the support team. Eligible funds in the wallet may be withdrawn before closure, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

09 Data Protection and Privacy

9.1 Cookies and Tracking

10 Limitation of Liability

tk 44 always aims to provide uninterrupted service, but our liability is limited in the following cases:

• Service disruption caused by internet connection failure or a fault on the part of a third-party service provider.
• Exposure of login credentials due to a member's own negligence, or unauthorised access to an account.
• Service suspension required due to government directives or natural disasters.
• Unexpected software or hardware faults that are beyond our control.

tk 44 does not guarantee any outcome in gambling. The result of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is free from any external influence.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a member has a complaint about any matter, they are requested to contact our support team first. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bengali and English — via live chat or email.

11.1 Complaints Process

• When submitting a complaint, the member must provide their account username, the relevant transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
• After receiving a complaint, our team will investigate within a set timeframe and notify the member of the outcome.
• If a member is not satisfied with our decision, they have the option to escalate the matter to tk 44's senior management.

12 Changes to Terms

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by an equivalent and lawful provision that preserves the original intent as closely as possible.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between tk 44 and the member. No verbal promises or unwritten understandings beyond these documents are binding.
